Why You Should Attend

Warehouse Layout & Flow of Inventory

Warehouses are seen as cost centres, therefore the need for efficiency and application of lean principles are critical to minimise costs of warehousing while improving customer service. These rising costs, increased customer expectation and economy uncertainty have brought a lot of complexity to inventory and warehouse management.

At Amazon Australia for example, warehouse staff are constantly timed and monitored as they pack goods under instruction from an algorithm, all so you can ‘buy it now’ and get it tomorrow. These expectations are so high that warehouse leaders need to find more value adding activities to manage their systems more effectively. How can you better manage your warehouse and inventory? What can you do to optimise your warehouse and turn the odds in your favour?

Back by popular demand, marcusevans brings you” Warehouse Layout & Flow of Inventory” aimed to improve the reliability of your warehouse operations specific to design challenges. Some of the hot topics covered in this training include cost control, automation & IOT systems, lean and agile processes and many others. It’s time to start planning your space and drastically reduce bottlenecks in your warehouse
