Why You Should Attend

Mental Health & Anti-Bullying

HR professionals aren’t trained psychologists and may lack the experience in true counselling or therapy. So if you are supposed to help your employees through challenges, what is your best approach? Corporate Well-being plays a crucial role within organisations in Australia, as research has proven that approximately $543 million is paid towards worker compensation in relation to work-related mental health and safety. With the rising mental health claims and pay-out’s, some organisations have experienced a decline in productivity while some have experienced an increase in ROI, due to the investment in improving individuals’ skills and resilience.

Attend this 2-Day training on Corporate Well-Being: Mental Health & Anti-bullying, and dive deeper into the root causes, detect early signs and tailor intervention procedures in line with reducing future claims possibilities.

HR professionals are a crucial conduit between the staff and managers, helping the latter to effectively manage staffs that are experiencing problems at work. Unlike other events, this powerful combination of Mental Health and Anti-bullying training aims to get right into the practical requirements needed for a successful organisational culture which is healthy and positive thereby motivating employees and increasing engagement corresponding to substantial increment in productivity and thereby revenues.
