[Marcus Evans Live+] Dangerous Goods Operations and Hazardous Substances 2020
Every year, operational inefficiencies and a lack of compliance in dangerous and hazardous substance operations contribute to loss of lives, financial loss and severely impacts employees’ safety. Operators and practitioners must demonstrate their duty-of-care through the continuous improvement of safety practices and employee training.
Dangerous goods and hazardous substances make up a significant volume of materials transported. A lack of situational awareness and compliance leads to a rise in accidents, fines and loss of lives. This has made it crucial for businesses to deliver a safety-first approach which prioritises employees safety and operational efficiency.
The marcus evans DGO and Hazardous Substances 2020 event will delve into safety and compliance as a main driver in operational efficiency. Delegates will analyse the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) in complex supply chain operations, pick apart procedural bottlenecks in interactive analyses and participate in a hands-on workshop on safe storage and handling of dangerous goods. This event will be a propellant towards continuous improvement and compliance for professionals working with dangerous goods and hazardous substances. Don’t miss this interactive 3-day conference!
