This 2-day training will focus on helping organisations address the key challenges and strategies in minimising the effects of fatigue and shiftwork in the workplace, though an interactive workshop facilitated by internationally recognised trainer, Dr Adam Fletcher and industry case studies covering topics such as developing a Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS), data analytics and monitoring, fatigue in high-risk environments, rostering, mental health, sleep management and more.
