Management of crowds and crisis readiness promises to be ever more crucial in daily life for New Zealand.

New Zealand has seen a number of crises over the past few years spanning from the Christchurch shooting and Skycity fire to the most pressing issue worldwide – the COVID-19 pandemic. The ongoing pandemic has seen businesses undergo massive changes to their business resilience strategies so that they can survive beyond the pandemic. Apart from ensuring business resilience, industries national-wide have to comply with ever-changing regulations addressing the health and safety of employees and patrons. As a result, crowd management becomes even more important to prevent further spread of the virus and allow businesses to remain as usual in public and crowded spaces. This event will focus on the the new and improved security and health and safety protocols that can safely manage crowds and support the survival of your business through this unusual period of disruption.

marcus evans Business Resilience and Crowd Safety NZwill dive into how business operations can adjust and persevere in the current global crisis. By attending this virtual event, you will gain best practice insights into COVID-19 crisis management and business continuity strategies, adapting crowd management to the 2020 climate, strengthening health and safety protocols, outbreak prevention best practices, managing difficult patrons and employees and much more.
