[Virtual+ Training Course] Fatigue Risk Management in the New ‘Normal’
As workplace conditions change in response to the impact COVID-19 has had on the world around us, fatigue management approaches have adapted to address new and evolving risks. Foremost is the requirement to minimise and mitigate these risks which have been exacerbated by the impact of extreme workloads/stress and reduced staff availability during the pandemic related issues.
Effective implementation of best practice fatigue risk management systems is vital for both individual safety, and for workplace efficiency and productivity. This event will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to mitigate the adverse outcomes of fatigue for employees and organisations, while adhering to relevant legislative requirements. This 2-day intermediate/advanced level training course will explore practical strategies and tools to predict, identify and manage fatigue, in order to implement best practice FRM initiatives. We will explore the complexities of fatigue risk management, utilising real case studies to highlight the key considerations and challenges in developing and successfully implementing an effective FRM System.
People are experiencing, and will continue to experience, fatigue – this must be managed in order to minimise the adverse consequences on the health and safety of workers and the broader community, and to reduce the likelihood of staff burn out.
